How long does it take to ship my order within India?
- Most ready-to-ship orders are dispatched within 3–4 working days of placing the order.
- Custom-made or personalized products take 15–20 days to prepare after placing the order.
- Once dispatched from our end, your order will usually reach you within 4–5 working days within India.
- If you would like us to expedite your order, you can simply reach out to the customer care team.
What are the delivery charges within India?
- We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
What are the delivery charges for international shipping and where do you ship currently?
- Delivery is available worldwide. We ship everywhere except locations with shipping restrictions from India.
- For international shipping, the shipping charges and any other related costs must be borne by the customer as per actuals.
Can I change the shipping address of my order once the order has been dispatched?
- We are unable to redirect orders once the order has been dispatched.
- Please ensure that you provide a suitable and accurate shipping address for the specified delivery time.
Delivery was attempted, but I was unavailable. What can I do now?
- Our courier company will try to reattempt delivery within the next two business working days.
- If the parcel is still not delivered, you can contact our customer care team.
- You may also submit your delivery request directly to the courier company.
Will I have to pay duties and taxes?
- For international orders, Kaaru Designs is not responsible for paying any duties, VAT, taxes, or other charges imposed by the government of the destination country.
- If the customer refuses to accept the parcel from the forwarding agent and the product is returned to Kaaru Designs in India, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
- The customer will also not be entitled to claim any chargeback for the returned parcel.
